This small magnolia tree only yielded this one bloom. The fragrance is sweet. After trimming surrounding trees it has somewhat flourished but still not a lot of blooms.

Trying new things

As a middle age empty nester I thought of all the new time on my hands and the new adventures I can now embrace. Well that has not happened. Yes my mornings are more leisure and I have managed to read a few more books. So I thought let’s try a blog. Maybe it can help with self accountability as well as meeting like minded individuals.
